Susquehanna Holdings has picked up the ownership of Hampton Green a 124k SF fully leased office building for an undisclosed sum. The seller was Equity Office Properties. Cushman & Wakefield's David Meline, Stewart Calhoun, Samir Idris, Casey Masters and Darice Fichter Rosed brokered the five-story building off Steve Reynolds Boulevard, with both Rock-Tenn Co and Given Imaging as tenants. | ||

Ackerman Medical?s John Willig, Piedmont Henry Hospital's COO Jeff Cooper and CEO Charles Scott, as well as OrthoAtlanta's Dr. Todd Schmidt and Michael Ochal, and Commercial Assets Group's Mike Tallant and Steve Watson were on hand this week for the groundbreaking ceremony for Henry Physician Center, a 60k SF MOB on the campus of Piedmont Henry Hospital in Stockbridge. The $11M Ackerman development (in a JV with physicians and Commercial Assets Group) is already 60% preleased to OrthoAtlanta and Piedmont Healthcare and will open in October of next year. |
