| Ackerman Medical?s John Willig, Piedmont Henry Hospital's COO Jeff Cooper and CEO Charles Scott, as well as OrthoAtlanta's Dr. Todd Schmidt and Michael Ochal, and Commercial Assets Group's Mike Tallant and Steve Watson were on hand this week for the groundbreaking ceremony for Henry Physician Center, a 60k SF MOB on the campus of Piedmont Henry Hospital in Stockbridge. The $11M Ackerman development (in a JV with physicians and Commercial Assets Group) is already 60% preleased to OrthoAtlanta and Piedmont Healthcare and will open in October of next year. |
