HOBBS
TechniPower National Staffing Solutions has renewed and expanded to 15k SF at 1080 Holcomb Bridge Rd. Cresa Atlanta's Billy Hobbs  and  Jason Jones brokered the deal at the Roswell Summit building.

Watermark Medical has renewed and expanded to 10k SF at Eleven Seventeen Perimeter, doubling its size. Lincoln Property Co's Leigh Braswell  and  Sabrina Altenbach brokered for the landlord, Colony Realty Partners, while Colliers International's Pete Shelton handled the tenant.

National Mailing Services renewed its lease at 3450 Browns Mill Rd, a 40k SF warehouse owned by Crestland Properties. Lee & Associates' Rick Tumlin brokered for the tenant,

120 Declaration Drive
North Bay Distribution has inked a 120,600 SF lease at Liberty Distribution Center in Henry County. The 3PL will use the facility to distribute clothing for a fashion retailer. Duke Realty's Wes Hardy brokered for the landlord and Colliers International's Mike Spears  and Ryan Sawyer brokered for the tenant. The deal completely fills the 300k SF warehouse.

Marcus & Millichap's Peter Vetter  and  Andrew Mays helped sell a cluster of Buckhead apartment complexes in Atlanta, including Cross Keys Cabana (above), Hallmark, Continental Village, Parkview Terrace and Majestic Village apartments. Atlanta-based Marquis Investments purchase the properties for  nearly $50M— a portfolio, which involved more than 1,200 units.

PEOPLE

Jeremy Becker has signed on with Jones Lang LaSalle's public institutions group  in Atlanta. Jeremy previously was the  political director in the Southeast for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee.
