| UTI Worldwide has renewed and expanded by more than 90k SF at 1100 Laval Blvd, a 347k SF warehouse in the Corporate Lakes Business Park in Gwinnett County. Colliers International's Darren Ross, Bill Buist, and Lee Cardwell brokered the deal for the landlord. Lee & Associates? Trey Fricke and Reid Bassinger (both out of Dallas—as in the city, not the TV show) repped UTI. | ||
