Voyles 'Cleaning' Forsyth Zoning

What packs a whopping 700 apartment units, more than 280 single-family houses, 83k SF of retail, 75k SF of office and a big senior housing facility? A project in Forsyth County that Seven Oaks Properties wants to build. Seven Oaks filed plans with regional authorities for a project called Deerfield Township. Plans state the up to $400M mixed-use project will take 10 years to deliver in its entirety. Seven Oaks' Bob Voyles (flanked by Hines Interests' John Heagy  and Richard Bowers & Co's Dick Bowers) tells us, "Just cleaning up some old rezoning conditions for a predominately residential deal in Forsyth. Pretty much the same as we zoned way back in 2006." Suddenly our spring cleaning chores seem so... insignificant.
