North American Electric Reliability Corp. has inked a deal to move its HQ from Princeton, NJ to Atlanta, taking 40K SF in the North Tower of the Atlanta Financial Center. |
NERC's the company that assesses the reliability of the US power grid. Sources familiar with the lease say NERC will bring more than 100 employees with its move. Divisions locating in Atlanta include executive offices, reliability assessments, compliance, human resources, finance, and IT. The offices will be fully staffed by May 1. CresaPartners' Tom Tindall and Ronnie Cannon brokered the deal for NERC and will also handle project management. Hines' Scott Martin, Brian Eichenseer, and John Heagy repped the landlord. |
