WHAT CRE IS THANKFUL FOR
November 26, 2012
Some stayed home, some ventured out of town. But everyone we spoke with had lots of reasons to say thanks.
Vantage Realty Partners' Gene Rice, with his wife Isabel and son Coleman James. The trio visited family in Tennessee, and here are pictured at the Memphis Zoo in front of what we assume is a tree. Gene tells us he spent Thanksgiving Day watching the Macy?s parade and football.
What's Cushman & Wakefield's Andy Sumlin thankful for? He sent over a picture of Hayden (13) and Benjamin (12). Andy and family spent the Thanksgiving holiday in town with family.
Ackerman & Co's Frank Farrell spent Turkey Day in Fort Lauderdale with his wife Cece and family. We're sure Frank is thankful for the 20k SF in deals he secured recently at Phoenix Office Park, including with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Associated Pathologists, and Woolfson Eye Clinic (repped by Jones Lang LaSalle's John Cobb).
Commercial Property Professionals' Furman Wood and his wife Lily spent the day strolling the beach at Seaside, Fla., and had Thanksgiving dinner with friends. CPP's Daniel Levison (not pictured) repped Broadland Property Group in the purchase of the five-story, 61,500 SF office building at 4470 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd, which he will lease under the new ownership.
Follow us on this one: This is a screen shot of JPX Works? Bruce Fernald?s family on Skype. His wife Patty, daughter Stephanie, son Chris (or his hairline, at least) and his daughter?s boyfriend Luca Romangnoli are shown chatting with his sister Sara who spent Thanksgiving in Buenos Aires visting Bruce?s niece, Hanna. Bruce tells us that Sara and Hanna?celebrated American Thanksgiving by renting a modern loft in Central Buenos Aires, and I am certain they cooked up a storm together.? Next Thanksgiving may be spent in Patagonia, where Bruce?s niece plans to move in the coming year.
