Pursley Friese Torgrimson (PFT) partner Stephanie Friese brings her in-depth leasing expertise to the multi-talented law firm that opened its doors in 2013. In just 12 months, the PFT leasing team, which includes attorneys Christine Norstadt and Lou Papera, reviewed and closed leases for 622k SF, representing 68 transactions across 16 states totaling $43M in lease value. Although 70% of PFT’s leasing practice is focused on office leasing, it also works in the areas of retail, industrial, medical office, cell towers, and billboards.
