IHG, Partner Exercising Alpharetta With New Hotel
An Atlanta hotel empire is bringing its fitness-focused chain to North Fulton County.
Atlanta-based InterContinental Hotels Group, along with partner Miami-based Epelboim Development Group, have broken ground this month on a 132-room EVEN Hotels property off Old Milton Parkway and Georgia 400. The six-story hotel — an IHG boutique brand geared toward health-conscious guests — will include public workspaces, meeting spaces, a Cork & Kale café and a 1,200 SF IHG-branded Athletic Studio.
Each room will have a dedicated workout space with fitness equipment, officials said.
The Alpharetta EVEN is slated to open in Q3 of 2019. Epelboim is already underway with another EVEN-branded hotel at the Miami Airport, scheduled to deliver later this year. This is IHG's third EVEN hotel in the Southeast, along with EVEN Hotel Sarasota-Lakewood Ranch that opened this year.
