IDI Gets Rebrand In Global Platform
A year after Brookfield purchased Atlanta-based IDI, the firm has released a rebranding of its industrial division. IDI Gazeley combines both IDI and Brookfield's UK-based Gazeley branding into a single platform, company officials say. (Kimye wasn't the only power wedding this weekend.) The newly branded group will manage and own a combined total of 58M SF of space in the US, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Mexico, and China, as well as enough land to potentially develop more than 60M SF across the globe. That could include a $13M, 576k SF spec warehouse in Cobb that we reported here.
