Duluth Tenant Bringing 300 Employees In Tow

Liberty Property Trust inked a deal with a tenant that is bringing 300 jobs along with it. Liberty singed thredUP, a gently used online women's and children's clothing retailer, to 124k SF at 2670 Breckenridge Blvd. JLL's Steven Bridges represented thredUP, while Colliers International's Douglas Biggs and Lee Cardwell brokered for the landlord. The deal was hailed this week by Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal for its job creation.
