... for the still-to-be-completed 1160 Hammond Apartments? In an SEC filing, Associated Estates Realty indicated the purchase price for the 345-unit apartment complex is $80M. We first reported here that while Northwood Ravin, the developer, is still building the Central Perimeter project, it plans to sell it off. It's part of Ackerman & Co's Perimeter Town Center complex.
