Novare Moves Forward on 1163 W Peachtree

Novare appears to be furthering its plans for a 400-unit apartment tower on West Peachtree Street (here). Avanti Properties—the current owners of the parcel at 1163 W Peachtree—has filed permits for land development at the site. The company, which purchased the site in 2011, is under contract with Novare for its project.
