Hanover Closer to 1010 Peachtree Project
The Hanover Co is moving along on its plans for a mid-rise apartment project in the heart of Midtown.
The company filed for permits with the City of Atlanta to raze the small, empty office building on the site of 1010 West Peachtree to make way for a 332-unit apartment building called Hanover Midtown. The Houston apartment developer has the 2.33-acre site sandwiched between West Peachtree and Spring streets at 10th Street with Jamestown Properties. The firm will include some 14k SF of street-level retail and below-grade parking, according to documents. Officials with Hanover could not be reached for comment.
