Permits Filed To Convert Historic YMCA To MOB

Placeholder

Will a historic Downtown Atlanta YMCA location be turned into a medical office facility? According to a permit filed with the City of Atlanta, that appears to be the case.

An unknown party fronted by a Norcross architect has filed permits to transform the more than 100-year-old Butler Street YMCA into an MOB. The nearly 4k SF facility at Pryor and Glenn streets just north of Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard was shuttered as a YMCA in 2012.

Messages to the applicant architect, Alan Crowley, were not returned as of press time.
