MagMutual Moves HQ to Piedmont 14
You mean to say CBRE's John Shlesinger actually does office deals with fewer square feet than the combined size of some Chinese cities?! Turns out John and Ryan Irvine recently brokered a deal for MagMutual, which inked a 41k SF lease for its HQ at Piedmont Center 14. PM Realty Group's Scott Rees and Bill Weghorst brokered the deal for the landlord, CWCapital.
