Aaron's Consolidates IT at Chastain Center
The question is will it rent to own? Aaron's Inc has leased 52k SF at Chastain Center in Kennesaw for a consolidation of its IT operations in the Southeast. Chastain Center, the six-building, 304k SF complex off Chastain Boulevard, is owned by Parthenon Realty Investors, and was repped by Cushman & Wakefield's Will Porter and Porter Henritze (seen here estimating the size of the last trout they caught). The rent-to-own retailer was repped by DTZ's Kirk Diamond. The move is a big win for Parthenon, which backfills AT&T space the telecom giant vacated last year, and pushes occupancy at the complex to 75%.
