The technology division for Coca-Cola's bottlers is headed to Midtown.

Coke One North America – called CONA Services – has inked a deal for 32,600 SF at 10 10th St., the more than 420K SF office tower at the corner of 10th and West Peachtree streets.

CONA is the beverage giant's North American data and IT group focused on its network of bottlers. The group was established in 2016 and has 120 employees, CONA Services CEO Reinhard Meister said. It is currently housed at SunTrust Plaza Garden Office and will move to the 14-story Midtown tower.

“We believe that 10 10th St. is a perfect choice because of its proximity to Tech Square, which will help us to recruit and retain top talent and provide the public transport access and walkable neighborhood amenities that our employees desire,” Meister said. “Additionally, the upcoming building improvements and [the] roster of other technology tenants like Google were attractive.”

Cushman & Wakefield Senior Directors Andy Sumlin, Will Porter and Managing Director Aileen Almassy represented Union Investment, while JLL Executive Vice President Greg Baxendale represented CONA Services.

Germany-based Union Investment purchased 10 10th St. last year for $150M from Oaktree Capital Management and Banyan Street Capital. The firm is underway with a multimillion-dollar renovation project at 10 10th St., including a renovated lobby and an outdoor terrace.
