Colliers Gets 100 Peachtree Assignment
Barely two months after buying the iconic Downtown Atlanta tower, Five Mile Capital Partners brings in the new leasing blood. Colliers International's Scott DeMyer (here), Deming Fish and Jennifer Telleria (here) have been tapped to lease 100 Peachtree, the 32-story, 625k SF tower best known to long-time Atlantans as The Equitable Building. Five Mile has just completed common area renovations and is attempting now to lease the more than 45% vacant office space at the property. Five Mile purchased the tower in December for $19M. “Due to the strong fiber and power infrastructure in downtown Atlanta, 100 Peachtree presents a particularly strong opportunity for technology-based space users," Scott says.
