Cotiviti Moving Offices Within Central Perimeter
A healthcare payment company is jumping off the Terraces and into One Glenlake.
Cotiviti Holdings has inked a deal for 66K SF at the 351K SF One Glenlake Parkway, the curved glass office building off Abernathy Road and Georgia 400 in Sandy Springs, sources tell Bisnow.
The deal comes after months of searching by Cotiviti, which will move from its current offices at The Terraces in Dunwoody. Officials considered other contenders such as Sterling Pointe I and II, where Mercedes-Benz has parked its headquarters while its new facility is built.
Commercial real estate veteran Joe Terrell represented Cotiviti, but could not be reached for comment. Officials with Columbia Property Trust, which owns One Glenlake, declined to comment.
The deal comes on the heels of Columbia Property Trust spending $3M to renovate One Glenlake. Columbia CEO Nelson Mills credited the renovation in helping the landlord secure 92K SF in office deals that raises the 14-story building's occupancy to 94%. While Columbia did not identify any deals in its press release, sources said Cotiviti was among those deals.
Cotiviti also is the latest corporate user to scour Central Perimeter for office space, including AON, which is eyeing the neighboring Three Glenlake Parkway, software maker Espilon for 40K SF and information technology firm Zelis Healthcare for 40K SF, according to information from Stream Realty.
Arby's also is eyeing a move of its headquarters from 1155 Perimeter Center West in a request for proposals of up to 150K SF, and AIG is said to have been quietly eyeing a corporate office consolidation in Atlanta with Central Perimeter among the submarket contenders.
