Colliers Hires John Hancock's In-House Leasing Ace
Colliers Atlanta has hired one of Atlanta's top office leasing agents.
Jessica Doyle, the former Southeast leasing director for John Hancock Real Estate, has been hired as a senior vice president at Colliers International, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reports. Doyle will represent landlords and help with business development.
The new SVP got her start at Ackerman & Co., where she met her husband, Ryan, who now works as a loan origination officer at New York Life, prior to moving to Grubb & Ellis and eventually John Hancock. While at John Hancock, she facilitated the leasing of a 4.5M SF portfolio, including The Proscenium building and 1100 Peachtree St. in Midtown Atlanta.
Doyle received the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors' Phoenix Award, given to brokers who eclipse the $1M deal mark 10 years in a row. In 2016, she was the No. 7 producer in landlord representation in the region, according to ACBR.
