Kaiser Chooses Pershing Point Plaza
Pershing Point Plaza is ground zero for the latest corporate expansion into Midtown.
Kaiser Permanente is inking a 157k SF deal at the 410,300 SF building for a new IT campus that will create 900 high-tech jobs and have an economic impact in excess of $360M by 2019, according to City of Atlanta officials. The announcement was made by InvestAtlanta and Mayor Kasim Reed during a ceremony this morning. Kaiser's Julie Miller-Phipps says the healthcare provider chose Atlanta given the city “is a strong health technology hub with a high availability of tech talent.”
