Kyle Kenyon Leaves Cushman & Wakefield For CBRE
The broker who has helped lease up some of Atlanta's iconic buildings is heading to CBRE.
Kyle Kenyon has joined the brokerage firm as first vice president, working with the leasing team that includes senior vice presidents Jeff Keppen and Chris Port as well as Vice President Nicole Goldsmith. Kenyon previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where he represented office landlords and leased space at Ponce City Market, 725 Ponce, 191 Peachtree Tower and Three Ravinia Drive in Central Perimeter.
Most recently, Kenyon was part of the team that lured McKinsey & Co. from Georgia Pacific Tower in Downtown Atlanta to 725 Ponce, the 12-story project along The BeltLine being developed by New City in Midtown. During his time helping to lease Ponce City Market, that project saw office space rents break the $50/SF rent milestone.
“He is bringing extremely relevant experience and a strong work ethic,” Keppen said in a release. "Kyle complements the team well, with a good marketing mind and charisma."
