Morgan & Morgan Could Double SF At 191 Peachtree

Morgan & Morgan could double its size in four years under the terms of a revamped lease deal with Cousins Properties. The firm recently renewed and extended its lease to 50k SF at 191 Peachtree, the 50-story, 1.2M SF tower that is the tallest in the Southeast.
To make the deal even more compelling, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Kay Davis negotiated with the landlord to allow Morgan & Morgan the rights to take up to 100k SF over the next four years.

"We never wanted to leave 191 One Ninety One Peachtree, but with the building 90% leased and a 130-person staff that had long outgrown our space, we had to look for options that could efficiently accommodate recent and expected growth,” says Morgan & Morgan managing partner Jim Kelleher.
