Shorenstein Grabs First New Tenant At BofA Plaza
Fresh from its high-profile purchase, Shorenstein Properties has nabbed its first lease at Bank of America Plaza.
CDC Foundation, an independent nonprofit organization, inked a 35k SF deal at the more than 1M SF tower, often seen as an albatross of the recession, and the tallest office tower in the Southeast. Shorenstein's $1.22B Shorenstein Realty Investors Eleven co-mingled fund bought the struggling tower last month from CWCapital in a deal estimated to be in the low $200M range.
JLL's Ian Henderson and John Winter brokered the deal for CDC, while CBRE's Jeff Keppen repped Shorenstein.
