Toyota's Credit Arm Expanding In Alpharetta
Toyota is already expanding its credit operations in Alpharetta.
Toyota Motor Credit Corp., which is a division of Toyota Financial Services, has expanded by almost 26K SF at Northwinds V, a 146K SF mid-rise office building at 11625 Rainwater Drive. The expansion comes more than a year after Gov. Brian Kemp announced that Toyota Financial Services planned to open an $8M East Dealer Service Center facility in the office park, along with establishing 150 jobs.
Northwinds is a seven-building, 1.04M SF office park less than a mile from the Avalon mixed-use project. TMCC leased 57K SF in June 2020 at Northwinds V, which is owned by The Brookdale Group, CoStar reported at the time.
The new expansion now gives the company in excess of 82K SF in Alpharetta for its Atlanta hub. Toyota established the East Dealer Service Center as one of three hub locations to support its automotive dealers in the U.S., it said in the initial deal announcement.
Lincoln Property Co. Southeast Senior Vice Presidents Hunter Henritze and Michael Howell, Vice President Caroline Fisher and associate Robert deGolian represented Brookdale. JLL Managing Director Dom Wyant, Executive Vice President Chris Wagner and associate Caroline McKinley represented Toyota in the deal.
