Under Sumitomo, Atlanta Financial Center Gets New Leasing Brokers
With new owners comes new leasing blood.
Sumitomo Corporation of Americas has tapped Transwestern's Atlanta office to lease its newest Atlanta asset, Atlanta Financial Center. The change in leasing comes just weeks after the Japanese conglomerate announced that it was buying the 915k SF glass-encased tower straddling Georgia 400 in Buckhead for $222.5M from Hines Interests and its JV partner, General Motors Asset Management.
Lincoln Property Co has been tapped to lease AFC's neighbor. The firm's Michael Howell and Hunter Henritze will lease Live Oak Square, a 10-story, 200k SF office building at 3475 Lenox Road for HighBrook Investors.
