Shopping Center Group Helps Investor Make Suburban Retail Inroads

Two mixed bag retail centers in the burbs have traded for more than $85/SF. Vishal Dacula purchased Dacula Family Festival and Midway Family Festival for nearly $10M.
Together the centers total 106k SF, and are stocked with an assortment of medical, retail and sports-centric tenants, including Swim Atlanta, which operates an indoor swimming pool, and Jack's City Sports Center, which features an indoor flag football and basketball court as well as a baseball field. The Shopping Center Group's Neal Pringle and the late Mark Cooley (who passed away earlier this year after battling leukemia) brokered the sale for the seller, Watkins Real Estate Group.
