Oden Hughes Breaks Ground in North San Antonio

Oden Hughes has started its third San Antonio-area multifamily community, breaking ground on Agora Palms Apartments. The 312-unit Class-A community is in the Stone Oak area and will open in mid-2016. It's adjacent to Stone Oak Medical Center and just down the road from Ridgewood Business Park, which is anchored by Tesoro's HQ. Oden Hughes is developer, owner, management and (through Oden Hughes Taylor) GC. Oden Hughes is delivering a community nearby soon—the first phase of Landmark Grandview (356 of a total 950) will open in October at I-10 and 1604. It sold its first San Antonio project, the 350-unit Platinum Shavano Oaks, in May.
