Frost Bank Tower Breaks Ground Wednesday
On Wednesday afternoon, San Antonio's newest skyscraper, Frost Bank Tower, is breaking ground. West Urban and partners will develop the 23-story project that includes 430K SF of office space and 20K SF of ground-floor retail.
Due for completion in 2019, Frost Tower is designed by world-famous architectural firm Pelli Clarke Pelli and will serve as the corporate headquarters for Cullen/Frost Bankers Inc., the parent company of Frost Bank. Frost will lease more than 60% of the building on a long-term lease. HFF arranged a joint venture equity investment for the development.
