South Lamar Mixed-Use Changes Hands

Lionstone Investments, acting on behalf of an institutional investor, snapped up Brodie Oaks Shopping Center, a grocery-anchored shopping center in Austin with tenants including Neiman Marcus Last Call, Hobby Lobby, Tuesday Morning and Sprouts Farmers Market.
The property occupies 31 acres at the intersection of South Lamar Boulevard and Loop 360. In addition to the 285k SF of retail, there's 37k SF of office space that is 91% leased.
The shopping center includes trail access to the adjacent Barton Creek greenbelt and panoramic views of the city’s rolling hills.
The sale was brokered by HFF. Barshop & Oles will continue to manage the property and handle leasing transactions.
