BBD's Big Plans For Oak Hill Plaza
Oak Hill Plaza, a 115k SF shopping center in southwest Austin, has new management and is getting a major facelift. BBD Commercial's Bill Ott and Tim Jarvis are leading efforts to revitalize the plaza and lease it up and tell us they’ll square off the arches in front of the building to give better visibility to the storefronts. They’re also replacing the red tiled roof and plan to have a completely remodeled pylon sign. The end-cap, a restaurant space, will have an outdoor patio and will appear to be its own independent area. All that will take about six months to complete.
As for tenants, Bill and Tim are listening to the neighborhood. They plan to recruit national brands and sought-after local tenants. For prospective tenants, it’s an opportunity to gain access to a location at the epicenter of three rapidly growing communities: Oak Hill, Lakeway and Dripping Springs.
Oak Hill Plaza is anchored by Auto Zone, Wells Fargo and Jim’s Restaurant.
