Baltimore County Shopping Center Sells For $19.9M

A strip mall in Reisterstown has sold for $19.9M to MD Equities, a family fund registered to Matthew Darwin Thompson in Colorado.
Baltimore's Continental Realty sold the 144k SF retail center, whose 41 tenants include Brick Bodies, M&T Bank, Family Dollar and ATI Physical Therapy, the Baltimore Business Journal reports. Continental recently upgraded the façade at the 15-acre property at Chartley Drive and MD Route 140. The center is 94% leased and in a densely populated area with a family median income of $65k.
Greysteel brokered the sale. It operates seven offices in Los Angeles, Bethesda, MD, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Dallas and Fort Worth. [BBJ]
