Spotted Tuesday at the Bagby Building: recently retired Baltimore Development Corp head Jay Brodie and A&R Cos' Tony Rodgers. They were at the WorkSpaces Showroom in Harbor East for the local launch of PointClickSwitch, an energy brokerage firm and web portal (for individual residents and commercial users) whose founders hail from the BDC themselves.
