Bisnow and CohnReznick recently co-hosted a cocktail party of commercial real estate investors and developers at the Four Seasons, where we snapped legendary Baltimore developer Patrick Turner of Turner Development Group (think Silo Point, the 24-story, award-winning, luxury condo project overlooking Baltimore Harbor, built in 1923 as a grain elevator), Wood Partners' Scott Zimmerly, CohnReznick's Kurt Sturn, Caruso Homes' Rick deGorter, CohnReznick's Ira Weinstein, and Jerome J. Parks Cos' Andy Freeman.
