He thinks the B-W Corridor is secure in its place as the region's premiere bulk industrial market and says industrial tenants are now looking hard atmarkets like Hagerstown and central Pennsylvania for their space. Also, he thinks LEED certification is key for new projects because it sets up long-term value. |

He says there's relatively no action around Class-B and C properties because of limited acquisition capital (public and institutional players are going after Class-A). Nationally, Steve says, there's been a big bump in industrial CMBS delinquencies because small tenants are struggling. |
