Judy Borns, Miles & Stockbridge's Michele Cohen, and Kaliber Construction prez Susannah Bergmann. Judy tells us much of the title work her firm is seeing is refinancing. New development is still a ways away, but Susannah, who in '09 started Kaliber with husbandDave Huber (formerly of Struever Bros Eccles & Rouse), hired two people this year.
