| This is not a boy band. These fellas are part of the newly renovated Bisnow New York team. We're in a hiring frenzy and giving out referral fees like this one to reader Dan Lederman (in the suit), who recommended event producer Gary Chance (second from left). Another new hire, event producer Miles Bloom (referred by Luke Walker), is the one in the glasses who decided that his top button was optional for this press photo (given the high dress standards exemplified by HR director Will Friend, left).
