According to our first Bisnow Baltimore Office Market Survey, most of you expect CBD rents to stay flat. BUT! More of you think they'll go up than down. A market's gotta turn out OK when populated by optimists. Check back with us in a year to let us know whether that refreshing half-full beverage you're drinking is lemonade or Kool-Aid. 49% of our respondents say Downtown office's biggest challenge is lack of jobs, while 27% cite tenants' shrinking footprints. The best opportunity? 40% say poaching tenants from other areas, and 38% say it's new tech and startups.
