Southern Management Co's Hotel at Arundel Preserve just opened on Tuesday, and tempted as we were to party like the rock stars we wish we were in one of the 150 luxury rooms, we headed for the hotel's Grillfire restaurant, a 5,000 SF trendy-yet-cozy American bistro open (and offering complimentary cotton candy) since July.We snapped GM Matt Santeramo and executive chef Frank Greco(what, only one piece of flair, Frank?), who relocated from Long Island to open the place. |
