POISED TO BENEFIT FROM BRAC

| New Boston Fund has acquired the 84k SF Class-A Stevens Forest Green in Columbia from special servicer LNR Partners. Hillside Executive Park, where the nine-year-old building sits, is a solid location from which to benefit from BRAC. It's also 83% leased to tenants like anchor Energy Solutions, Meridian Medical Technologies, Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, and Xerox. (Credit tenants on long-term leases take up 65% of the space.) Three suites totaling almost 15k SF are available. Cassidy Turley'sJay Wellschlager and Jon Carpenter repped the seller, and New Boston's John Thompson and David Langol also worked on the deal. |
