PROMISE AT THE PORT

Third-party logistics provider A&S Services Group has taken 161k SF of warehouse space in Duke Realty's Chesapeake Commerce Center. It's the 3PL's first Port of Baltimore property, adding to locations in Hunt Valley, Aberdeen, and Pennsylvania's Shrewsbury and Thomasville. CBRE repped Duke, and JLL's Todd Hughes (who repped A&S with colleague Stuart Rienhoff) tells us the space is in an enterprise zone (yay tax abatements) and is food grade. It's also on the site of a General Motors auto assembly plant. Drive-through anyone? |
