| Through Quadrant Real Estate Advisors, AXA Equitable Life Insurance Co did a $70M, 10-year non-recourse mortgage loan for Forest City's 855 N Wolfe St in East Baltimore. It replaces a $61M construction loan and has a fixed interest rate below 6%. The 278k SF building is next to the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and is home to Lieber Institute for Neuroscience Research, Champions Biotechnology, and Siemens. |
