| Colliers' Jennifer Vassil has a full dance card. (We don't mean with Mid-Atlantic Properties' Ben Dabrowski, Colliers' David Dannenfelser, BB&T's Chris Nevin, and St. John Properties' Daniel Thomas, snapped at the recent NAIOP Maryland capital stack program at the University of Baltimore's Thumel Business Center.)Rather, her itinerary is full with Baltimore's real estate darlings, MOB and apartments. She and colleague Steve Weiss are marketing a Class-A MOB on a hospital campus and just launched an apartment offering, plus a residential development site on the market. Daniel says St. John has signed more than 100k SF of leases at The GATE Office & Technology Park at Aberdeen Proving Ground in the past six months. |
