November 21, 2011
Birchwood Capital Partners CEO David Strouse (left) moderated NAIOP Maryland's annual Mid-Atlantic Capital Stack breakfast last week, saying, "There are treasures and trash in the markets. Capital is flowing to both." Joining him on the panel were Morgan Stanley's Jay Haberman, Lubert-Adler's James Riordan, CBRE'sSpencer Levy, Federal Capital Partners managing partner Lacy Rice, Wells Fargo's Nancy Petrash, Cassidy Turley's Jon Carpenter, and Prudential Mortgage Capital's Bryan McDonnell. Not pictured is H&R Retail's Mike Gorsage, but NAIOP Maryland'sMorgan Gilligan popped into the picture to take his place. |
On the rare occasion he's not thinking, eating, dreaming, and talking CRE, Spencer also serves on the board for the Baltimore Leadership School for Young Women. Earlier this month, he emceed the school's first annual spelling bee in his best grad school get-up. It's a fundraiser with corporate competitors, he tells us, and Baltimore MTA took home top honors in the competition. |
