Bozzuto Sells Union Wharf

Bozzuto Group has sold its Fells Point upscale apartment complex Union Wharf to pension fund manager I&G Direct Real Estate for a whopping $121.5M, a record for a Baltimore apartment building. Union Wharf's design and location in a historic waterfront district made the property the source of "intense bidding," the Baltimore Business Journal reports. The 281-unit building opened in 2013; amenities include an infinity pool, screening room, bar and three courtyards. [BBJ] [Sun]
