400-Unit Light Street Luxury Apartment Tower To Break Ground Next Month

A luxury residential tower with nearly 400 apartments and ground-floor retail will break ground next month at 414 Light St. Pikesville's Questar Properties is developing the property, located on the McCormick spice plant site, the Baltimore Business Journal reports. Citizens Bank recently closed on a $107.2M construction loan for Questar, allowing the project to begin. The tower will be among the tallest in Baltimore when it's completed in two years, and it will offer average monthly rents of $2,800. [BBJ]
