Moving On from Equitable

The Equitable Building has found a higher and better use as an apartment building, prompting its remaining office tenants to search for new homes. The property was known for housing small law firms, considering its proximity to the courthouse. Transwestern’s Kasey Hughes (left, at a Bisnow event with Howard County director of Downtown redevelopment Mark Thompson, JPB Partners' Mike Kalinock, Sopher Adler’s Debra Adler, and The Columbia Bank's Scott Nicholson) has just repped the largest, Saul E. Kerpelman & Associates, in a 7,000 SF relocation to Harbor Group International’s 7 St. Paul St. Cassidy Turley’s David Downey and Matt Seward repped the landlord. Kasey tells us there were plenty of suitors, but Harbor Group was the most accommodating.
