Gallery Turning Fourth Floor into Offices

Visitors to downtown Baltimore mall The Gallery may find law and tech firms in the spot where they used to buy their kabobs. Owner General Growth Properties will convert up to 50k SF of the fourth floor into offices, the Baltimore Business Journal reports. The floor currently houses retail and food tenants, some of whom have been notified that they have to leave. Some of the mall's newer retail tenants include Michael Kors and Pandora. The Gallery's Pratt Street location is a desirable one for office landlords, commanding one of the highest office rents in the nation. [BBJ]
