Beyond Peak Luxury: Birmingham's Resi Sector Gets Seriously Plush
It looked like Birmingham reached peak luxury earlier this year. But now the city's high-living sector has gone one step further.
SevenCapital claims that its 228-unit St Martin's Place residential scheme will be "Birmingham’s most exclusive apartment development yet."
It will be the city’s first and only luxury hotel-serviced living residences, offering a lifestyle option previously only seen in prime Central London, SevenCapital said. The apartments will use hotel services provided by the neighbouring Park Regis Hotel.
SevenCapital has also taken a plus-plus approach to on-site amenity at the development between Broad Street and Tennant Street. St Martin’s Place will include a private gym, a WiFi lounge and a cinema, with a courtyard garden sitting at podium level in the centre of the development, providing outside space, a real luxury in the city, it said.
"St Martin’s Place offers all of that and more, providing residents with a truly unique living experience that is rarely seen outside London," SevenCapital Director Andy Foote said.
