Flexible Office Provider Storms Into Birmingham With 76K SF Deal
Spaces, the flexible workspace provider with 10 U.K. hubs, is to take the entire 76K SF building at AG Dunedin's Crossway, Great Charles Street, Birmingham, Property Week reports.
The Crossway building is the largest on the Great Charles Street estate, which was acquired in 2015 by AG Dunedin Birmingham Estate Venture L.P., a joint venture between Angelo Gordon and Dunedin Property Asset Management, from Aviva for £22M.
Letting agents are GVA, Lambert Smith Hampton and Savills.
Spaces operates from three London offices, three Thames Valley hubs, and offices in Newcastle, Guildford, Brighton and Bath. This will be its first venture into the Midlands.
Birmingham agents have warned that demand from serviced office providers will help push city centre rents to £35/SF by 2019.
